✨ What Are Energy Clearing Codes… and How Do They Work? Let’s break it down in real-talk terms, because this isn’t just woo woo stuff! It’s powerful, practical, and deeply transformational. “When I…… Then I……” The Trap That Keeps Us Stuck Ever caught yourself saying… “When I lose 2 stone, then I’ll feel confident” “When I feel more confident, then I’ll start my business.” “When I have more money, then I’ll invest in myself.” “When I’m less busy, then I’ll make time for the things I love.” “When I have more energy, then I’ll exercise.” “When I’ve learned more, then I’ll put myself out there.” These are definitely the stories I used to tell myself ALL THE TIME! When I lose this weight, then I’ll feel confident. When I’ve done this course, then I’ll be ready to get myself out there. When I hit 6 figures, then I’ll feel successful! But what happens when we get there? Often… nothing. Because the goalposts just move. That’s what happened for me. I lost the weight and I still felt the fear of being seen and rejected. I did all the courses and I still hid, I hit 6 figures and I just felt exhausted😭 The confidence, joy, and ease I was waiting for, didn’t magically appear. What are your values? In business, in life, in relationships? I was working with a client the other month on their values in business. We're not talking values you cherry pick at any time. These are the values that are fundamental to your way of being, that are at the core of your heart and soul, that when you are out of integrity with these values, you feel uncomfortable, twitchy, frustrated, resentful of the world. My core values are Satisfaction, Freedom and Connection and when I am in alignment with these values, I feel strong, I have boundless energy, I feel at peace with the world and I sleep like a contented kitten! I also find that when I really lean into these fundamental values, everything appears to flow with ease and I feel a sense of calm and 'rightness'. So, when I hit those sweet spots of flow, calm and ease and I fall into bed satisfyingly exhausted, ready for an amazing night's sleep, knowing I will wake up the next day full of energy....that's when I know I am in true alignment of those values and on point with my purpose and goals. And when I'm not in alignment with Satisfaction, Freedom and Connection, that's when I feel profound frustration in every facet of my life and work. What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the current moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. 3 ways you could enhance your Mindfulness: Mindful Breathing: Spend a few minutes each day focusing solely on your breath. Notice the sensation of the air entering and leaving your nostrils, the rise and fall of your chest, and the rhythm of your breathing. This practice can help you anchor into the present moment. Body Scan Meditation: Lie down or sit comfortably and mentally scan your body from head to toe, paying attention to any sensations you feel in each part of your body. This can help you become more aware of any physical tension within your body at that precise moment Gratitude Journaling: Each day, you could write down three things you are grateful for. Reflect on why you are grateful for these things and how they impact your life. This practice can shift your focus to positive aspects of your life and increase your attention to the good things around you. Doing just 1 or 2 of these can enable you to be in the present moment and contribute to your overall wellbeing. 18 months ago I resigned my job of 23 years and started my own business, choosing the freedom to create a life I’d only dreamed of. I shifted, transformed, released a whole ton of limiting beliefs and stuck emotions and I made space for self belief, self worth, trust and expansion, and just a little bit of magic ✨ And here I am today - this ia what transformation can look like! My next breathwork session falls on the Full Moon, Sunday 24th March at 8pm. This Full Moon in March is the final full moon of Winter, showing up in the sky as we transition into Spring. It’s seen as a new beginning. An opportunity to let go of what’s happened in the past and start things afresh So let’s breathe together, get clear on our intentions and let go of what no longer serves us. What to do on a soggy Saturday afternoon? Oh I know, I’ll start mapping out and creating the content for my new 4 week ‘fast action’ Values and Vision workshop, combining group coaching and energy healing / clearing modalities. The ceremonial cacao is keeping me on point and focused and I’m still ‘old school’ with my pad and pen for notes (even though I have a Remarkable for this stuff!) Last week’s Breathwork was sooooo good. Participants released so much which in turn, opened up a beautiful space to be filled with intentions and affirmations for he coming year.
